Have you got the guts to take on a new challenge for Guts UK? The G.U.T challenge is… well it’s all about G.U.T. Can you think of a challenge that fits the acronym? You’ll take on the challenge over the 40 days of Lent. Perhaps it’s the perfect chance to try going on that diet you’ve been resisting and giving up treats?
