Let’s Talk Guts… are you in?
We've all got guts, but we don't all feel comfortable talking about them. Let's Talk Guts aims to change that.
This July, we're inviting you to be part of the conversation to help reduce the stigma that surrounds our guts.
As the national charity for the digestive system, our vision is a world where digestive conditions are better understood, better treated and everyone who lives with one gets the support they need.
To help us achieve that, we need people across UK to get to grips with their guts. Whether it’s better understanding your digestive system and ways to improve your digestive health, being able to spot digestive symptoms and when you might need to seek help, or simply feeling more comfortable talking about what’s going on with your gut – Let’s Talk Guts is for everyone.
We want to reduce the stigma that so often surrounds our guts, so that everyone feels less embarrassed and more comfortable to discuss their digestive health when they need too.

Your poo can be an indication of your health, so it’s important to check your poo regularly. Whilst everyone’s ‘normal’ is different, it’s helpful to be able to spot changes in your poo. Although it’s not always a sign of something serious, it’s worth getting it checked out if something isn’t quite right. Use our Poo-Torial tool to understand what the colour, consistency and frequency of your poo might be telling you.
