You choose where, when and how you take part. It’s your Santa Dash, your way. There’s no set route, no pressure to hit a particular distance and no need to be a seasoned runner or even run at all. You could, skip, dance, or pogo stick your chosen distance and route.

Never taken part in a fitness challenge before? No problem! The Santa Dash is for everyone, whatever your age, ability or fitness level. It’s great motivation to get active for the first time, try something new or challenge yourself to do a little more than usual.

Not only is the challenge set to be lots of fun and guaranteed to get you well and truly in the festive spirit, you’ll also be raising vital funds for Guts UK with every step you take.

Here’s how it works:

1. Sign up for free to take part in the Guts UK Virtual Santa Dash.
2. Choose your challenge Pick your own distance, route and activity, or join an organised event like parkrun in festive fancy dress. You can even make it your goal to get active for the first time.
3. Get festive! Dress up in your Christmas best and order your Guts UK branded merchandise, including Santa hats, antlers and even dog bandannas!
4. Take on your dash during December at a time and place that suits you, whether you’re going solo or getting a group together.
5. Fundraise for Guts UK and help us work towards a future where digestive conditions are better understood, better treated and everyone gets the support they need.
