Our Christmas and New Year opening hours

Guts UK will be closed for a short break over the festive period. We are closed from midday on Wednesday 24 December until Monday 5 January at 9am. We will not be available to respond to telephone calls, emails or social media enquiries during this time.

Our Helpline hours are:

  • Monday 22 December: 10am to 2pm
  • Tuesday 23 December: 10am to 2pm
  • Wednesday 24 December until Sunday 3 January: Closed
  • Monday 5 January onwards: Open as usual (Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm)

You can still complete our online form whilst we’re closed and a member of the team will respond in early January. Please note, it might take us longer than usual to reply.

If you have urgent medical questions or concerns, please contact your GP or phone NHS 111 or 999 if it is a medical emergency.
