We’re pleased to let you know that the ongoing IT issue we were experiencing has now been resolved. The team at Guts UK has full access to our emails and systems as usual.
Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we’ve been working hard to get things back up and running. The issue experienced was beyond our control and we’ve been doing all we can to keep things moving as normal. We can’t wait to focus all our attention on getting to grips with guts once again.
In the meantime, there are a few things you can do to help us. Whilst every effort has been made to restore our systems in full, unfortunately we are unable to retrieve any emails sent to both shared and individual email addresses after Wednesday 6th November.
If you have emailed us after this date and you haven’t heard from us in the since then, we’d be grateful if you could get back in touch. Please resend your email to the intended email address (ending @gutscharity.org.uk) and the recipient will reply as soon as they can.
