Knit for Guts UK!

Guts UK have a great project to become involved in - could you help?

Are you crafty and looking for a different task?

Do you attend a Knit and Natter group and want to put your group’s skills to good use and help a charity?

Guts UK is looking for enthusiastic knitters to produce life-sized replicas of our ‘insides’! These knitted guts will be used as part of our public awareness project, educating and raising awareness about digestive heath across the country.

It’s time for our guts to get the attention they deserve. Digestive diseases are woefully underfunded and have been for decades. Our mission is to put digestive health on the map. We provide expert information, fund pioneering research and raise much-needed awareness of digestive conditions so that no one has to suffer alone.

You can help the UK get to grips with guts by creating a knitted digestive system for Guts UK!

Click below to download the link for the patterns. We have two patterns available:

  1. For you to knit as an individual.
  2. For you to knit as a group, separated into group sections.

Once completed, please post to: Guts UK, 7 Northumberland St, Huddersfield, HD1 1RL

If you have any questions or wish to introduce yourself, please contact us on 020 7486 0341
