You were the kindest, sweetest granddad there ever was. I miss popping by your house for a brew and a chit chat, I know it made your day when we called round. It always made me laugh that we never left empty-handed, whether it was some smoked cheese we must take and try, or a bottle of gin, there was always something to take home, and it wasn’t up for discussion!
