Steve was my partner, best friend and husband. We were together for nearly 20 years and married in 2014. I loved him dearly and couldn't wait to share the rest of my life with him.

Just before Christmas 2019 he started suffering terrible stomach pains, and was rushed in A&E. After a truly awful 12 hours, he was finally diagnosed with severe acute pancreatitis, a cruel disease for which currently there is no treatment or cure. He was admitted to ICU and began suffering multiple organ failure. He actually managed to survive for 3 months, suffering severe pain and many complications, but tragically died on 15th March 2020.

I will never forget him. I think about him constantly, miss him so much and will never, ever stop loving him.
