Our work with the pharmaceutical industry

Guts UK engages with the pharmaceutical sector in some areas to reach further people with our expert information, empower people to seek help sooner and to help fund research leading to kinder treatments, earlier diagnoses and ultimately, a cure.

• We don’t allow our relationships with pharmaceuticals to influence our public awareness, research funding or fundraising activities.
• We also don’t allow our relationships with the pharmaceutical sector to affect our offering of independent and unbiased patient information.

Collaboration is key. Through strong and healthy partnerships and collaborations with the pharmaceutical sector, we believe the UK can get to grips with guts, sooner.

We work by the Association of British Pharmaceutical Industry’s (ABPI) code of practice.
