Graeme has helped thousands of runners over the last 15 years, from complete beginners to first-time marathon runners, helping people to prepare for events, stay injury-free, and actually enjoy the training process.

Graeme has created the running plans to give you simple, practical support every step of the way, so you know what to do and can feel reassured that you’re on the right track.
