Guts UK charity needs to move income levels from the current £1 million a year to £5 million a year by 2030. This is just to even begin to touch the sides of the huge and increasing need in this underfunded area of health.
Your strategic leadership, proven track record in income generation across multiple income streams and results-orientated approach will help you to exceed in this role and support our ambitious programme to grow our vital services.
This role will provide visible, confident, and inspiring leadership across the whole organisation, for everyone we exist to serve and for all those who wish to support Guts UK, those who work and volunteer for us, those who fund and partner with us. You will be a great communicator, a strong and engaging leader who can motivate everyone across the wider organisation to be engaged in income generation with a clear, direct, inspiring message.
