“I joined Guts UK as Fundraising Administrator in 2019. I honestly feel as though I’ve had 5 years of fundraising experience in a little over a year, which is thanks to having an experienced fundraiser as CEO – transformational for any charity.
When I joined Guts UK, I had no fundraising experience, but did have the transferrable skills e.g. building relationships, empathy. This role is perfect for you if you’re new to fundraising or eager to join the charity sector and you love the idea of one-to-one contact with supporters and our patient community.
Guts UK is going through a busy but exciting period. It’s our 50th birthday in 2021. You’ll need a strong work ethic and determination, but this role is guaranteed to give you exceptional experience across all aspects of fundraising.
I can’t wait to welcome another member to our small but powerful fundraising team. Don’t hesitate to email me with any questions or to arrange a time to call (info above!)” – Jenny, Communications & Fundraising Officer
