They Did It!

10th July 2017

Our Fundraising Administrator extraordinaire, Kelle Myers, went the extra mile for Guts UK in the 2017 Leeds 10K. Kelle and her son Zach did an amazing job beating the challenge and raising money for Guts UK.

We did it! Sadly Mum didn’t beat Son! Zach left me at the starting line!

It was a struggle in the 23 degrees heatwave, but with the encouragement from supporters and fellow runners we passed the finishing line at 54min & 1hr 15min all in the support of Guts UK and those affected by Digestive Conditions.

Guts UK also got a shout out from the local radio station after spotting our shirts!
We’re both really proud (& a bit sore) to have done our bit to help!
Thank you!”
